Has anyone tried any fish oil pill products?

I bought some omega III fish oil pills which are super expensive. Is there a better cheaper routine to get the same long range cholesterol and vascular benefits. how have your fish oil pills helped you?Has anyone tried any fish oil pill products?

I have and I was put onto it by a few of my family members.


It has helped clear up my skin and I think my eyes are healthier, not as dry.





My Grandmother takes it to improve mobility with her arthritis and to help clear up her broken skin.

Yes and i found the taste to be rather vulgar, But with a little water it becomes unflavourable :)
You can get them at wal-mart cheaper than a health food store ( health nfood and vitamin shops carry more variety) I like the taste of the oil in the capsule, so I chew them. There is a noticed better feeling, and energy, since taking them.
Salmon oil is great for lowering blood preasure..... but don't replace your blood preasure meds with it.
I use flaxseed oil and its suppose to have every thing you need in it. I would tell you what it does but its been long time ago since I read up on it. But maybe you should check it out also!!
I've been on Cod Liver Oil capsules since I was Yay high. Try those.
you get what you pay for, keep the expensive ones trust me.
