What are the best ';brands'; of products to use for the Olive Oil, Balsimac Vinegar and garlic bread dipping

Recently, I had some very good Balsimac Vinegar, Olive Oil and garlic for bread dipping. I have tried to re-create the dipping ingrediants at home, but it just doesn't taste as good. Can you recommend ';product brands'; for the Balsimac Vinegar, Olive Oil and crushed garlic? Try organic olive oil..extra virgin for salads and dipping. If doing high heat cooking try extra light olive oil. Try Bertollis (check spelling). As far as balsamic go to Trader Joes and get their label. By the way I am not a hoidy-toidy and trying to be all that...just ordinary and love to try different things along with my butter.
