Do natural oil products cause blackheads?

I was looking for tea tree oil and jojoba oil at this natural health store to alleviate my recent acne woes. I was thinking of diluting them and applying it to my whole face to prevent further outbreaks. But the salesperson told me not to put them on your whole face because it will cause blackheads. Instead she told me to just apply them on the zits with a Q-tip.

I use tea tree oil only on the affected area. Im not too sure about it causing blackheads, but i wouldnt take any chances there. The tea tree oil isnt really working for me, but i have heard that black walnut oil or extract really does wonders for that pesky acne.
