What is the difference between hair gel, hair mousse, hair grease, oil for hair, and other similar products?

I don't even know if there is grease and oil for hair (coconut oil or something right). The hair on the back of my head is starting to get long (by choice) and I don't want to cut it. However I want it to look slick and not raggedy. What should I use?

Thanks! What is the difference between hair gel, hair mousse, hair grease, oil for hair, and other similar products?
Let me tell you, coconut oil is the best thing you can use. Buy it from a whole food store, they have the good ones. Just put it all over your hair and wait for one hour at least. Then wash with shampoo. It is good for your scalp, and your hair.. This is good fro white people hair and for black people's hair too... Look it up in the Internet, the values of coconut oil...What is the difference between hair gel, hair mousse, hair grease, oil for hair, and other similar products?
all i know

never use hair gel in long terms, its going to make your hair fall

hair mousses is mostly used to achieve volume and stuff like that

hair grease? i think you mean wax? or also pliable clay, these things are good for things when you want to achieve some kind of spikes or big hair type of thing and can be a substitute for hair gel

coconut oil and stuff like that are pretty much vitamins for the hair

and for you i would recommend the hair wax

gives you that raggedy look and stuff
