I have heard that using oil prevents growth and it can also make you hair malnourished and fall off.Is this true?If it is not what kind of oils should i use in my hair.
ps. my hair is fineCan using oil or oil based products on your hair prevent growth?
I agree with Lil Miss Wonderful... Mineral Oil is bad.
I only use light oils, like olive oil, Avocado oil, and jojoba... I also heard coconut oil is okay, but thicker. I don't apply it to my scalp bc that can clog pores, which is no good. It has never damaged my hair, it is actually repairing it. There is alot of research on it online which you can look up. I have very thin fine hair as well, and bc I cannot wash my hair as much as I used to anymore, I only use oil treatments once a week. Don't use products with too much oils, as this may make your hair greasy or limp, if you have oily hair. I hope this helps a bit!Can using oil or oil based products on your hair prevent growth?
use light oils so your scalp can breathe. avoid products with petroleum and mineral oil. overtime, they can cause hair loss.
